The process of moving form from CognitoForms to Jotform is stuck on "Generating Form..."

    Hi there,

    I'd like to copy a long, fairly complex form from CognitoForms to Jotform and then set up a robust PDF presentation based on the form data + some internal data added by my team. Is there someone who I can pay to help us set this up?

    You may clone the forms using the URL, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL 

    To import the data, you will need to import it from an Excel or CSV file, this guide will help you doing so:

    Unfortunately, we do not offer services to design/create forms or presentations. You can hire someone from platforms like Upwork.com.

    I have created a cloned version of the form you have linked in your last response on my account. And here's the link to the cloned version.

    You can just try to create a cloned version of that form in your account by following the instructions in this guide.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the form again and I have confirmed the issue. I have tried to import the form again and I just got the same result. It appears that's what we are only getting when we try to clone your form from CognitoForms.

    May we know what was that you would like to tell us in your last reply, please? It seems that your message got cut off when it was posted. You can also try to respond to this ticket directly if you want.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Could it be that the issue is happening because the form you are trying to import from CognitoForms has multiple pages?

    Would it be possible for you to create a version of your CognitoForms that only has a single page? Then, we can try to import that one to Jotform and just add the page breaks on form builder after.

    Greetings,

    Unfortunately, it is still not working. I've checked your form and it seems to have a few special fields/widgets in the form. Kindly create another version of the form and remove the following fields in it.

    All the other fields in the form are basic fields and I believe this should work after these widgets/fields are removed.

    After several attempts, I can't still import your form from CognitoForms into my Jotform account.

    Now, when I try it, it is stuck on "Generating Form..."

    I have escalated the issue to our developers so they can have a closer look. Although we cannot provide a timeframe for when the issue will be fixed, please be assured that once we receive an update from them we will notify you right away on this ticket.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Recently we improved our import scripts so now you should be able to import your forms without any problem.
