    Asked by RobertMartinez on February 01, 2014 at 06:05 AM

    I would like to make multiple columns in my form.

    The first column would ask the question, second column the first answer, third column the secong answer.

    For Example:

    Head of Household Spouse

    Enter Your First Name _____________________ ______________________

    Enter Your Last Name _____________________ ______________________

    Enter Your Date of Birth _____________________ ______________________

    Enter Your Email Address _____________________ ______________________

    Enter Your Work/Cell Phone _____________________ ______________________

    How can I do this in a form?

    multiple columns email name date of birth first name

    Hi,

    You can align form fields on the same line by using our field positioning function: Form Field Positioning. If the result isn't that too good, you can inject a custom CSS codes to the form. First thing is, you have to find the field ID: How to Find Field IDs & Names. Second, use the ID selector and inject it to the form as:

    #id_000 {

    margin-left: -5px;

    }

    Where id_000 is the field's actual ID. You can inject the codes by following this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.

    Let us know if you need further assistance about this custom CSS thing.

    Thanks
