    Hello,

i was wondering if it was possible to take my star rating results and display the average on my site. I search the forum many times and did not find my answer. If this is not a feature, i highly recommend it. After my users rates a game, i would like to take all the data and display the average in stars or numbers on my site.

    Thank you for your help,

    khalob

    Hi Khalob,

Thanks for your feedback. You can actually get the average score of the star ratings submitted by your users by exporting the submissions into an Excel spreadsheet, then highlight the column containing the star ratings and look for the Average value automatically computed by MS Excel program and displayed in the status bar as show here:

We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
