I have problems translating my form

    I have two main problems completing the form:

    Translating the text in a text box in the setup of the survey form (incl. text colour, text size, etc):
    After translating the text, I always save it carefully. Nonetheless, the next time I open the document, my translation is GONE The grey text in blue text boxes in the survey form itself:
    I translated the text and my changes don't go away after saving. But the translated sentences still appear to be in English in the ultimate translated form. For one reason or another, the form doesn't include those translations.

    I checked your account and I was able to find this form only: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/32874172598366

    However, that form has not the Multilanguage feature enabled, so, please let us know if that is the form you are having issues with or not.

    Now, if your translation is not being reflected in your form, kindly try removing the fields you are having issues with and then readd it and translated again and save the translations and form, this has help to other users with this same issues.

    Well, that’s just the point. The translations have been made, and when I go back to a previous version, I can see the translations. So it’s not gone.
    However, when I activate a previous form, and I can see the multi-language button there, I’m still not able to see it in my form. Just like you don’t see it.
    I’m afraid The solution you are providing is not relevant…

    Sorry for the confusion.

    These are two different issues, posted by two different members of the same team, encountering different problems. We were not aware of each others posts...

    My problem has been explained through http://www.jotform.com/answers/326299-Lost-my-translations-after-revision It is still not resolved, and thats why the multilanguage feauture remains invisible, even when I can see it and save it in a previous version through the new 'revision' option.

    In my opinion we should first try to solve the last problem (326299), before you can try to fix the issues my colleague is encountering.

    Hope this helps sorting things out and hope you guys can help us out soon...
