How do I terminate my subscription to JotForm? I no longer need it. Thanks.

    My user ID is simpletechstrategies.  Please cancel my subscription as of today or advise what I need to do to cancel my subscription.  Thank you.

    Hi John,

    Your current subscription is now cancelled. The account will auto downgrade to FREE on the date of its expiration which is 2014-02-22.
