For the last several weeks, I've been getting sporadic emails saying that after the form is submitted, all the user sees is a blank screen. Today is the last day before the deadline, and it seems to be getting worse. Can you tell me why people are getting a blank screen instead of my Thank You message?

I test submitted the form and was able to successfully view the Thank You page.
But I think what is happening is that your custom Thank You message has too much space below it that is making it appear all white blank because the actual messae was push upward. The TY page was moving scroll down that is causing this effect
Please try updating the custom Thank You page by removing any excess line breaks below it so that it will not scroll down.
