Tell me what to write in that same account and I will prove it to you it was me!!!!! I do not appreciate being taken advantage of when I went out of my way to write a review.
I attached a screenshot as you can see I logged into the backoffice of where I posted the review.

Can you please retry using the Get More option again in your JotForm account and submit your review. We will make sure to give the proper credit where it is due.
