Information of contract is lost when printed out.

    on my form the sections for constent and contract form of the feild collapses have all the terms and condtions already written on form. however when the client fills out the contract by singature and date it seems that the information of hte conratct or constent is lost when client submits how can we get that information to stayd in order for us to print out pdf and send a copy to the clients.?

    if you have alternative options please let me know however if can be incorportaed in the form would be great.

    Are these the ones you want to include? Unfortunately, these are all text data. Only values or the fields are included when the form is being submitted and can be passed on the generated pdf link {pdf-link}

    You can make a workaround for the Notifications or Email Alerts by copying and pasting all the texts and legal statements to the template and re-work the layout:


    The email template can be received on your end or be forwarded to their email. In which they can also print to PDF on some email clients. However, our generated PDF link will still not contain the text data or legal statements as they are not included to be submitted on the JotForm servers.

    All you need to do is to copy the texts of your sections "Consent Form" and "Contract Form" to the email body of the notification:
