Can my form be accessible through mobile phones?Asked by Kevin Vitug on February 03, 2014 at 05:18 AM
Is there a way that you can provide me a custom code where it would work on people using phones? We have been getting tons of feedback that it doesn't work on their smart phones. I have tried it, as well, and it is not working.
It is fully working for people who uses a laptop or a computer. I have done this, as well. This one works. Can we make it mobile accessible for everyone to use? Thank you.

I have attached a screenshot, as well. It states that "the app doesn't work on mobile devices". Please help fix this.
Mobile accessible app www
Hello, when I went into your Facebook page using Firefox on Windows 7 it is complete a blank app
However, after trying it on my ipod touch it returns a different error. it does not seem to reach or find the link you have given.
Have you removed the form from your Facebook app somehow? Please re-embed your form and follow this guide Adding forms to Facebook. Please do get back to us so that we can further investigate on this. Thank you
Did you wait a while? I'm using a Macbook and it does work. It's weird that it's not working for Windows 7. I'm using Safari on my Macbook.
I just checked it now on Google Chrome and Mozilla and it does show up a blank screen. Why is this so? Please help me get a code that will be accessible for all sorts of browsers. Thank you.
The link is a screen shot of what I could see from Safari. So, it's working for that. It's not for Chrome and Mozzila. - http://tinypic.com/r/2uzezad/8
That's a very common issue with Facebook App on Mobile. It's probably due to the app that is lacking support for mobile viewing.
A workaround is to use Static HTML:Iframe Tabs app as explained here "Adding forms to Facebook". It has support for mobile views. Just use the provided URL found on the upper right side of the app page while on edit mode. Here's how:
Hope this helps. Feel free to let us know should you have further questions.
