ReCAPTCHA Suddenly started showing on a form

Captcha has started to appear in the last few days every time we submit or update our RMA form. Can you whitelist us to stop this happening?

Note that we have an anti-spam measure in the form.

The captcha is only asked when we detect unusual traffic from the IP or if the system detects that you are a bot.

May we know if the form is used on an office base or on a single IP address?
