    Hey Guys!

I would like to create a form, where the user can visit the page and view all existing contacts and also have the option to add a new contact to the list.

I've attached a basic example of what I'm trying to create and look forward to hearing back.

    Thank you!

P.s.  It asked me to put a link for a page, but one has not been created so disregard the filler link I used.

    Hi Roger,

Adding contact can be done by submitting the form.

Viewing all the submitted contacts within your form is possible when you embed the report table to your form. You can use either HTML Table Report or Grid Listing.

Once the form is submitted, it will be added on your report table so I would suggest redirecting back your form users to your form after submissions so they'll be able to see their entry.

You can also use the following widgets if this helps:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/matrix_dynamique

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/infinite_list

Let us know here if you need further clarification about this.
