On my form, the 8th field down "Short Bio (100-200 words)" has been having text-vanishing issues. Several people reported they copied and pasted their information into the text area, but the text would disappear when they clicked the Submit button. When I view the survey responses there is no data in this field for those people.
I suspected it might be related to the hint text I had in the field, so I got rid of the hint text. I'm not sure if this will solve the problem. Any insights?

Looking at your latest form submissions I can see that your most recent 2 submissions have the " Short Bio " empty.
Any idea if the pasted short bio information was done last?
You may want to consider turning the Field Requirement " ON " to prevent submission when no data is entered. Even if there is a mistype or something goes wrong with the Short Bio after someone enters that information it would still not let the form submit so they can correct it beforehand.
The copy and paste appears to work normal in there but perhaps it was still selected so it was deleted after hitting enter or space making it appear to have that problem. It's also noted that the " Short Bio " has no field requirement so it is also probable that it can be due to leaving the field empty or maybe someone thought they filled it in but didn't so the form would still accept the submission even with the field left blank. Please let us know if this problem continues.

Thanks for your assistance. I know that the issue was not people leaving it empty by accident. I've had a handful of people email to say that they experienced the same issue of the text vanishing after they pasted it in.
I've now set the field to required upon your suggestion and hope that this will resolve the issue. Thank you!

I've clone your form to investigate the issue but I wasn't able to reproduce it. Please take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/4V9JIjgA
Just like my colleague suggested, turning "Short Bio" field as required this prevent users from sending their entries without completing all required fields.
