    Problem with Submission Stream Login

    I cannot log into Submission Stream.  Just like Formalytics login issue mentioned by another user, when I go to www.jotform.com/realtime/ it asks me to login even though I am already logged in.  I can switch to www.jotform.com and it shows me as logged in but when I log out and log in to www.jotform.com/realtime it reports an invalid username or password. So either SSO isn't working or something else is wrong. I have tried logging in on another browser so it isn't a matter of cache.

    As a new user it is not good to see issues raised in May 2013(http://www.jotform.com/answers/221925-Submission-Streams-Mobile-Login) and September 2013(http://www.jotform.com/answers/272474-Problems-with-Formalytics-access) that are not resolved.

    Thank you for your input. There are some Apps and Widget which are still under development. The Submission Stream is one of them. I will go ahead and raise a ticket in regards to this feature to make the dev teeam aware of the interest in such feature. If they do have any updates on this they will elt us know throgh this thread. Thank you.

    If there are things still in beta they should be marked as such. This tool has so much promise but if support and development doesn't live up to it's potential people will find something else.

    I'll give you two weeks to come up with a solution. I can't have my client sign up for paid solution and not get functionality they desire or timely resolution.

    I realize as the support team that you get what you're given.  Hopefully you will take this up the chain and they won't leave you high and dry.

    I'd rather see a "We're not going to fix it" response than have a response where there is no end in site to a resolution. Your setting the wrong expectations for your support. That's not right.

    Thanks again for your consctructive comments. Your concern has indeed been raised. In regards to having this feature operational. I am not in the positiong to promise it will be fixed. Nor can I provide the an ETA for when this feature will be implemented. That will depend on the Dev Team's planning and alloted timeframe they have to work on these requests. In any case, let me assure you that they are doing the best they can to address as many tasks as possible. Thank you again.
