I rolled back to a previous revision. Then when I go to edit the form I get the above message and tells me to run a wizard. Unfortunately that message is not very intuitive. What am I supposed to actually do at that point to get the form back in edit mode that I picked from the revision list?Page URL:

You can redo the configuration using the magic wand icon of that field.

Thanks for that. I have tried that numerous times, and all I get is a new blank field that needs to be repopulated. None of the items that were in the revision appear there, it wants me to start adding them all from scratch again. What I am trying to do is get all the items where were in that field 2 hours ago back again, and as they appear in the revised document field, I cannot understand why they do not show up in the edit window as well.
