Approval Flow reached maximum amount of recipient emails

    Hello, I'm writing with a question regarding the maximum amount of approvals designated on an email send set up in a Jotform approval flow. I am currently capped at 3 recipients. I originally created the Jotform and approval workflow in my personal account (jondymock) and have since transferred ownership to our organizations main paid subscription account (MuhlJotForm). In doing so, I don't think the approval flow successfully transferred for the following two forms:

    Student Group Application to Serve Alcohol:

    Faculty/Staff Application to Serve Alcohol:

    I'm wondering if it's possible to have more than 3 recipients set up on a confirmation email set up in the Jotform approval flow? If not, is there a workaround solution to allow for more than 3 individuals to be added to the confirmation email?

    Hello There

    Thanks for contacting support.

    In regard to email notifications, I see that these forms are on a grandfathered economy plan, this plan has a 3 notification emails limit, if you need more than 3 you can upgrade your plan to the next one available, so you cannot have a limit on the email notification since all of our paid versions has unlimited receipts for email notifications.
