There is no limit to how many emails can be set per day to any account. It will only vary on how many submissions can a user receive per month, this depends on the account type that the user has.
Can you please explain further what you mean by two could only send an email?

I went as a user on my site and filled out the form and sent it, but I tried several timesand just got my email I sent two emails, this is a problem?
