OneDrive integration: select existing folder

    Two problems:

    1. We need to be able to choose a folder in OneDrive that already exists. I don not see a way to browse and select a folder.

    2.

We have a condition in place that sends the notification email with 1 of 2 PDFs. The OneDrive integration only allows me to choose one of the PDFs. We need the integration to support conditions.

    Greetings,

    1) Actually, you can use the existing folder from your previous One Drive integration if you set the folder name the same as the one in the Drive (folder should be in the main folder of one drive). Please, see it from the below:

As for the second question, I've moved it into a separate ticket to avoid confusion. I'll answer there shortly:

    Thank you!

I needed to browse and select a folder that someone else created, not one in my OneDrive.

If you suggestion does work, it would be wise to include that in the set up form as a sub label, and also make it clear that doing so will not over write the existing folder.

Also, if the folder is nested inside of another folder, how would we get to the nested OneDrive folder?

    Hello,

In this case you would might to connect directly to the main Onedrive account (otherwise it might not work).

Also, please note that the integration doesn't support nested folders.

    Best regards
