Approval Issues

    Hello,

    Our organization just moved to an enterprise account this week. One of the forms we had built prior to this move has an approval built on it. It was working as intended prior to our forms being migrated.

    Currently, when the approver attempts to view the form and approve, it is requiring them to log in. The approval workflow has that requirement disabled and the form is not encrypted. As part of the migration to an enterprise account, we also moved to single sign on. I'm wondering if this is inhibiting the approver from approving without a login.

    Any insight?

    Thanks. I'll reach out to them now. I couldn't find a way to create a ticket within our enterprise account, but I did find a thread and identified the email.
