    Dear Liyam,

Thanks you for getting back to me

My form include as “rating services” in my store

    Excellent

    Good

    Weak

I make my report as (chart report)

I want to ask how I can calculate my results …for example

19 customers rating services as (Excellent) = 86%

8 customers rating services as (Good) =28%

1 customer rating services as (Weak)=3%

That’s calculated by MS Excel but I need the Percentage formula % of my form results

Thanks again and I’m Sorry for all these questions

    Hi Ahmad,

To answer for Liyam, if you're interested in knowing just the formula to get the percentage, here it is:

% who answered Excellent = (# of people who answered Excellent / total number of respondents) x 100

% who answered Good = (# of people who answered Good / total number of respondents) x 100

% who answered Weak = (# of people who answered Weak / total number of respondents) x 100

Hope the above info addresses your concerns. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
