Distribution list email addresses

    Hello! I am trying to build a new form's approval process and I'd like to use a distribution list within the approval workflow. Is this possible? I tried to use one and the group within the distribution list email never received it. Please advise when you have a moment.

    Hello @wendysalas,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    If you want to send the Approvals emails to multiple recipients, you can actually use the email settings within the Approval Builder and insert all of the recipients who should receive the approval emails. NOTE: There is a 3 recipients maximum for these emails.

    However, please note that the Approve/Deny emails can only be sent to one recipient at a time.
