when i select the edit option of any of our forms it just loads as a blank page and my form does not come up. i have asked another colleague to do the same process and it loads on their screen. i'm asuming it must be something to do with my settings of internet explorer. i have the same version of internet explorer as my colleague.

We would advise to use our domain www.jotform.co. This is our preferred domain for your location so you must use this when accessing our website and editing your forms. You can also use www.jotformpro.com domain since you are a paid user. I would add to use Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
