    Hi,

Like I've said on your previous post, we can't see any links from your form. It might be from the 3rd party scripts on your end that reads the text from the forms and make it clickable. If this is the case, unfortunately, we can't assist you with this. You should check and investigate what might be causing this on your form.

If I have missed something or if I have misunderstood your question, kindly provide more details so we can assist you further.

    Thanks!

I figured out what is was, I down loaded Google drive apps on my computer and an app called “Solid Savings” has a browser script that attached itself to certain pages, not all. I have found that most pages are protected from this app. Do you know of a way to protect my form from this app if one of my customers happen to have this app (or one like it) on their computer while using my jot form?

I am sorry to say this but I don't think there is a solution to this problem, at least not from our end. We are pretty sure that it is not only JotForm that is affected by the said app/malware.

It would be best to advise your users to start cleaning their computers by using anti-virus and malware/spyware cleaners.
