I had made a form housing two other forms which I embedded using the iframe method. This form has been up and running for a couple of months.
Today I have starting receiving reports that one of the embedded forms is not showing up anymore. I haven't touched this form since we made it active, so I am not sure what has happened.
I have tried re-embedding the form in question and redoing my conditions, but nothing is working now. The other form that is embedded is having no issues.
The forms in question are:
Form housing other forms: http://jotformpro.com/form/33533532785963
Embedded form that is working correctly: http://jotformpro.com/form/33533852299968
Form that will not emdbed correctly: http://jotformpro.com/form/33526370184958
Thank you for your help.

Can you please provide us the url where the form is embedded so we can look better into this issue?

The form that is not working is just embedded into the housing form, which is the first link. I don't have it embedded into a webpage or anything, We just give people the link to the JotForm.
In my above post, the housing form is the first link, the form that is not ebbedding into the housing form properly is the third link.

Thanks for the clarification. Upon testing your form I can confirm that your paypal form is not displaying after choosing Paypal option in your form http://jotformpro.com/form/33533532785963
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the main cause of this issue yet. It is possible that due to some security improvemnts made to our platform the Text (HTML) tool is rejecting some element of the iframe code of your form. So, while we find the cause of the issue you can try this workaround which I think will work for you.
You can add your two forms to the main one by using the Iframe Embed widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed
All you need to do is to enter the URL of each form and define the Height and width properties in the Widget Settings wizard.
I built a demo form so that you can see it works similar as if you were using the Text (HTML) tool: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40353679594971
I hope this helps. We will inform you if we find the cause of this issue.

The workaround Eliezer provided to you can work
However, if you still want to use the Text widget, then all you need to do is to delete both Text fields. Grab a new iFrame code for each form and add new Text html fields (this now now under Form Tools)

Eliezer, thanks for the workaround. I think I will give that a try on the next form we need multiple forms of payment.
Jeanette, it is working again, but I am not sure why. I deleted and re-embedded as well as reset my conditions multiple times to no avail earlier.
In any case, thank you both for your help!
