Workflow: Approve/deny directly from the email.

    I created an approval process where the email to approve goes to the approver.

    When you click on approve in the email it does nothing but goes into the inbox in jotform.

    Am I missing a step

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! Currently, this is the expected behavior. Once the approve/ deny button is clicked, the approver will be redirected to the inbox to make their final determination, and add any notes that are needed.

    I will convert this thread into a Feature Request to ask that our Developers consider implementing this functionality in the future. While we are current unable to offer an ETA for this feature to be added, this thread will be used to track our progress, and any updates will be published here as soon as they become available.
