Notification mails arrives incomplete

    Dear Jotform support team, 


    I have just created a form with a notification template. The problem i have is that the notification is arriving incomplete. I don t if it is because the form or the template is too long?. Can you help me please.

    Hi, upon checking your account I can see that your form submission is set to hide empty fields:

    1) Go to My Forms

    2) Click on the form, and the on Submissions

    3) Click on the gear Icon, and uncheck the Auto Hide Empty Fields

    Also, I cloned the form and filled out some of the fields, and I did not get the Empty ones because the Auto Hide Empty fields is checked (enable). So that might be the reason why you are not getting all the responses, since submitters might no be filling out all fields.
