Calculating Fields and Integration with PayPal

Asked by INWRPCA on February 05, 2014 at 05:11 PM

    Hello,

I am trying to create a registration form with options for meals etc. that will calculate/total at the end. At which point I would like the user to choose how they would like to pay (check or PayPal). Based on that selection I would like the form to redirect to PayPal for completion or to a message that says "Thank you for your order ---" with an address of where to mail payment.

I have the form complete with the exception of the calculating field and PayPal integration.

Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Hi, you can integrate your form with Paypal:

It has the option to calculate based on the amount of products the user selects:

Please take a look a this guide about Paypal forms. Also take a look a this guide to set up Paypal along with other payment options such as Check or Phone.

This helps, but I still have a question about a calculating field. What if the user selects pay via check, is there a field that will tell them the amount they need to pay? They won't see the PayPal calculation.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

In the case you would like to have multiple options for payment. I would suggest having a look at this guide:

To give you and idea on how you can further develop your form.
