    Why am I not seeing registrations?

    I have attempted to run a test registration from our site twice and I am not seeing it here on jotform.

    Hi,

    Upon inspecting your your form's notification e-mail, I discovered that you have entered a different address as the recipient for your notiifications.

    The email address that is on record with your account as well as the URL you provided in this thread shows a .org domain.

    I checked the .com domain and you seem to have done a good job in setting up domain forwarding. However, having a domain forwarded to another one doesn't automatically mean that emails sent to the .com domain are forwarded as well. You must set up mail forwarding on your webhost to make this work.

    That or you should probably just use the .org email address as your notification email's recipient.

    Thank you so much.  Sorry if you already explained this but how then do i fix this and ensure i get the jot form submissions as soon as they come in?

    Hi,

    I apologize if I have not fully understood your situation the first time I read it. I can confirm that you have made two test registrations but the data were withheld and marked as Pending in your submissions page. This happens when payment for a submission is not completed, just like what you did. You have submitted in the form but did not pay, therefore, the submissions were marked as pending.

     

    Your form will not send notifications for pending submissions. It would have to wait for a confirmation from Paypal that the user has completed the payment transaction before it sends notification alerts.

    Refer to this thread to learn more about pending submissions.

     

    On another note, have you ever received any notification mails for the previously completed submissions? If the answer is no, please follow the instructions below to change your notification's recipient:

    1.  Edit your form
    2.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    3.  Click Email Alerts button
    4.  Click Notification or, in your case, Music Expo Registration
    5.  Click Reply-To and Recipient Settings
    6.  Change the Recipient E-mail to the .org email-address
    7.  Click Finish then save your form

    As long as your email address info@twenty9elevenmusic.org is working fine, you shouldn't be having any problems receiving notification emails. There is also no need to set up mail forwarding on your web host since the email address you'll be using is in your your site's main domain.
