    Error with Mailchimp Integration

    I've created an opt-in form for my website. I've integrated it with Mailchimp, and it appears to work except for one thing: emails are not being added to my Mailchimp list. When I enter an email address, the opt-in welcome, confirmation and free pdf get sent to my email correctly. But my email doesn't show up in the list. According to jotform's records, 10 people have signed up yet none are appearing in my Mailchimp list.


    So what's going on?

    In order to export the email of your form users to your Mailchimp you need to make sure that you have and Email field in your Mailchimp list so that you can match it with the email field of your form:

    Also make sure you are mapping the email field correctly while building the integration.

    Kindly let us know if the issue still persists even after correctly map the email fields.

    Please refer to this guide also -How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp

    What I suggest you try do first is to refresh the integration. Do this by removing and then redo the integration again. If possible use also a new API key.

    After doing the refresh test again.

    Inform us if issue persist.
