    im trying to create a quote form

    Ok i am trying to create a custom quote form that calculated the price and collects the customer information for me to invoice them. A similar form to the following URL is needed: http://ram-designs.com/quote.php

    I am not able to use PHP to code the website so hoping that this is a viable option.

    Hello Pauly,

    It is possible to create a quote form similar to the URL shared by you. You can add a purchase order question in your form which can be found under the "Payment tools" tab. 

    Please take a look at our form template section where you will find several quote templates already created. You can use any of them and customize as per your need: http://www.jotform.com/form-templates/category/quote

    You may try to use the calculate field feature to accomplish what you need.

    I have made a simple example. You added  two Dropdown Fields, and on the first one, I set up the options this way:

     

    Also, I added a Text Box field to show the calculation:
