Video is not coming thru correctly in the download phase

    Customers are sending me videos that are not downloading properly.

    I tested my upload form thru my website and when I add a video it uploads with the correct MB...but when it is sent and I receive the Jotform submission...the video shows but as .mp4 but it is not downloading from the Amazon S3 account as it normally does...and it is just downloading a super small file that contains no video and infact gives an error when trying to open.
