I cloned a work around form to so they can start and stop however it keeps connecting me to the original form -not the new one.

http://form.jotform.us/form/40364170828151 new intro form (this form should link to my new ARRT form   http://form.jotform.us/form/40264615448152  however it keeps going to my old form application and checklist form http://form.jotform.co/form/32796127933867

I have tried to re-do the email section but i am missing something - from the intro form it goes to the old form.  NOw the email i send them if they click on the link it gets them to the correct form.  the hic up is once they finish the ARRT introduction page that next click takes them to the wrong form.

Please provide detail steps (unless you can fix this throught the back door - go ahead if you want).

    Thanks so much,

    Kay

Looks like you have embedded these forms into a webpage, can you please provide the URL's so we can inspect further?

Actually they purchase the application from our website and the we give them the JOTFORM link once they have paid.  so it comes from http://www.usla.org/store/view_product.asp?id=2457387  to JOTFORM .

I also think my link in the email that is sent from the intro page - it actually picks up the blank form not a form that is started by the person.... errr

I need help designing the work around (intro page) for http://form.jotform.us/form/40264615448152 this form.  so that people can start and stop filling out the form.  Can you help me do that?  it might be easier then undoing what ever i have now completeed!!

    Thanks,

    kay

There were troubles on the first http://form.jotform.us/form/40364170828151 form with:

    - Session link on Email Autoresponder.
    - Session button link on the form Thank You Page.
    - Condition that was redirecting to another form.

I have fixed the links and removed your auto-redirect condition. The form should be fine now.
