Why have forms stopped forwarding to my e-mail when completed?

    Upon checking your form, I found that the Sender Email address was just showing "Please Select", so I changed it to noreply@formresponse.com

    Most likely the submissions have gone to the spam folder because of the lack of a real email addres sin the Sender Email

    To prevent further issues, every time you make an email alert, make sure the Sender Name and the Sender Email address does not show "Please select"
