Hello,
Somehow we are getting 2 emails per submitted form. One being the standard submitted form (as we want) and the other being a mail stating 'Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups' and then showing the same mail address to which we recieved the form. Example shown below:
Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Hi,
thank you for reaching out to us. I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/211874273544358 and the email notifications are set up correctly. They also get sent out from our side without issue.
For this reason, this is probably related to a setting of your mailbox. Please reach out to your email service provider and ask for all the JotForm IPs and domains to be whitelisted: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
Please give it a go and let us know if the issue persists.
