Login does not work even after I reset

    Hi Team


    I have been using JotForm for over a year, but I am constantly having to change my login password, when I log back in.  It does not seem to register my login id & password.

    Login ID: monashcityfc

    I always need to reset it, can you please fix this issue.

    Hi Effie,

    Sorry to say but there is no user found upon checking your Login ID.

    You maybe referring on this account "monahcityfc". Correct? This account is using "effie.manoussios@gmail.com" as account email address.

    Can you please use try it again using the information that I provide?
