    Conditions not working correctly

Asked by SMJFL on February 07, 2014 at 12:17 AM

I'm trying to put various conditions on my form but they do not appear to be working correctly. I've attached an example which shows if the answer 'Capacity' is 'SMJFL Sponsor' then hide (amongst other things) 'council' but it's still showing.

I've created conditions for all of the possible 'capacity' questions and only some of them are working.

    Please help! Thanks.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

If you are going to use fields multiple times you might want to use Form Collapse (Visibily:Hidden, Status:Open) so you can organize fields properly and duplicate them according to which Form Collapse they belong. I've cloned your form and corrected the condition kindly check if this is what you want http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40372968450964

Feel free to clone the form back and review how I applied Form Collapse and use the Condition. Here's how the condition looks now:

The SHOW SMJFL CLUB, SHOW SMJFL Sponsor, SHOW Stake Holder, SHOW Board Member, SHOW Elected Member, SHOW Council Representative these are names of Form Collapse that i've  added.

Here's a guide about using form collapse and conditional rule https://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry

    Hi,
I was hoping it would work the way I’d created it as when using the form collapse option the reporting comes out all over the place which is a bit frustrating. Anyway, thanks for creating the form for me, it looks good.
