New User unable to login/sign up

    Hello! We recently added a new User to the account to view certain forms. However, the first time he received the invitation email it brought him to a blank page. Then I deleted him as a user and re-created it to resend the invitation email. Now he's brought to the correct page but isn't being allowed to log in (please see attached screenshot). Can you help us get him properly added/logged in?

    For further clarification - we added another user at the same time. In the below screenshots that person received the bottom message from Jotform, and the user with the issues received the top message from Jotfrom.

    As per checking, Jason Chivis is already added as a user in your account.

    Could you please let him try to log in again using his credentials?

    He is still unable to log in. I added him as a user but the sign up email he got is not working for him.

    To clarify - he doesn't have any credentials. He gets the email asking him to sign up with that email and create a password, but it does not work. See attachment above in thread.

    Could you please try creating an account first for the user Travis?

    https://www.jotform.com/signup/

    Then re-add his account again as a sub-user.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
