I am not receiving emails.

    I am not receving emails for this form.  I can receive emails when I test the form through jot form,  However, I do not get them when someone submits a form through our site.

    Hello ceffarmoor,

    Upon checking your form's notification alert, I found that you have not provided any "Sender Name". Please be noted that not providing sender name will cause email servers to mark the submission emails as spam.

    Have you checked your spam folder already? I sent you a test submission and our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:
