is there a way to require the viewing of a linked document?

I would like to know if there is a way to require the viewing of a linked document. I have a user agreement document that is linked to my form and a "agree to terms" required check box, but I would like to require the person completing the form to open the link to the document and not just be allowed to check the box before submitting.  Is this possible?

Hi, you can add the Terms and Condition widget on your account, and this can be set as required. However, it is allowed just to check the box.  In order to accomplish what you want, you will need to download your form´s full source code, and do the programming with JavaScript
