    Having lost my password I tried to log in. Was given a reset password, did so Error 116. This ALWAYS happens!!!

    That looks like the reset password link. I checked this but it seems to be working as it should on our end. What Browser/Browser Version is this happening in on your end? Can you please try using it in a different browser?

    Also, You stated this always happens. Did you mean you get this error each time you try? You may want to clear you browser cache then I would suggest resetting your password a second time to try again if using a different browser to reset your password doesn't work.

    I inspected the account you have tied to your email address above but I do not currently see anything wrong there either. Please let us know if this issue continues.
