Why aren't ALL text fields available to be emailed

    I need all text fields emailed together (heading + text + date + signature), but only the date and signature fields are available to add to the "Email Alerts" > Notification 

    I have read other forum threads and I have deleted the email alert and created a new one, but result is the same: only Date and Signature fields can be added to the email notification. How can we add the others too? (header text and html text field) It is a dr. notification submission that needs all text along with the saignature.

    Perhaps the simplest way to achieve this is to manually paste the text into the email notification:
