My submitted forms are not the same when they are emailed to me.

    Hi, I am trying to resolve an issue once I have submitted the information to our archive service. It comes back as a concrete slab inspection when actually the inspection was a cavity wrap or framing? Can you help me. Elton Cris answered my first enquiry but his answers did not resolve the problem.

    Hi Carl,

    I assume that you made some changes in your form like adding or deleting some fields, is that correct? Let me clarify to you that if you made some modifications in your form, email body settings would break the function and it won't automatically update the field tags. The best way to resolve that is to re-create your form notification. Delete: How to Delete Notifications then re-create: Setting Up Email Notifications.
