Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Can you please try to remove your current birthdate field and add a new one if that fix the issue? But before you that, make sure you are login to French language.
If the said issue still persists, please let us know.

To access the french version of the JotForm website. Look for the Language dropdown menu on the bottom right corner of the main page.
