When a supervisor clicks on the approval link for our workflow, it is met with a 404 error.

Hello,
I made a clone of your form and tested on various different emails to try and get a 404 and was unable to. Do you have the submission id of the one that you got this 404 error on? https://www.jotform.com/help/549-where-to-find-the-submission-id

the submission ID is 5051116018126811402
I tried re-assigning it, but now it is stuck as incomplete.

Hello,
When you reassigned this are they able to see the approval or do they also get a 404 error? Is this the only submission where this is happening? If it's stuck you can also take over the approval process to get that one done.

I was able to get the approval through. This is the only one that has had this issue. Should it arise again, I will submit a new support request.
