I do not receive e-mail alerts

    I received alerts from jotform when I inittially set it up a while ago.

     But now that I tried to retest, seems like it does not send me notification e-mails for submissions.

    If you are just using the Test E-mail button in the Notification E-mail, it will just send the test message to your JotForm account e-mail.

    To properly check if submission e-mail are being sent to the Recipient E-mail of the form, you have to submit the form in actual.

    You can test submit your Get Lutron Quote form http://www.jotform.ca/form/40156474450249 . Check if submission e-mail is properly sent to the Recipient E-mail address setup in the Notification.
