We are using the Jotform wordpress pliugin to display the jotform form on our website. The form works perfectly on desktop browsers but when we view it on a mobile browser and click on it, it becomes impossible to browse the website or view anything on the page.
I've read many Q&A's for responsive CSS and tried using that but nothing worked, please help us with a solution for viewing on mobile browsers.
P.S: We have a resposnsive layout for our website.Page URL:

I suggest you also review this thread -How-to-make-the-form-mobile-responsive for more details on how to use CSS code to make your form mobile responsive. In your feedback form, it needs to be even smaller since it is a lightbox form that needs to fit in mobile devices screen/display.
I also noticed that your form was created using Guest account only.
I highly recommend that you register an account also. Use this link http://www.jotform.com/signup
Use the same e-mail account you use here so that your form will be automatically moved to your new created account/username.
