    The submissions are shown on jot form website, but my google spreadsheet remains empty...

    Hi,

    Have you already tried redoing the integration to google spreadsheet?

    If not yet, I suggest you try the process also. Sometimes, removing and re-integrating the form again to google spreadsheet refreshes the integration and solves most common issue.

    I've tried to reintegrate the form. 

    The answers that were submitted previously got shown in the new spreadsheet, but the new answers I submitted appeared in it only with timestamp and email - leaving all other fields blank. 

    I really need to start sending out the form to people. Is there another way to fix this???

    Let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further check and investigate the cause of the issue. One possible cause if the language use, specially those with Cyrillic letters.

    We'll update you here for progress.

    If possible, let us know your current sheet here and make sure we have an access to it so our developers can check/ see the issue. Include the form URL too.

    As a workaround, you can create a Grid Report: How to create a Grid Listing report?. The link is still shareable and can be protected with a password.

    Thank you very much for reporting. It seems to be a temporary problem in the spreadsheet integration. Could you please let us know if it still exists?

    Hi, sorry to know that the issue is still there, we have not received a response  from our developers yet. I can see that there have been other reports about this current issue, so our developers are aware about this, hope we get an answer soon.

    I have been having the same problem all day. I complained about google integration once before, only 3 or 4 days into a subscription that I started less than a mont ago.

    I subscibed to jotform because i needed relieability. i dont have it and a company that takes this long when peoples income depends on it is ridiculous.

    I put myself into this thread to receive updates to see when i can start to recieve money again.

    Hurry. this is not good service. twice in 1 month, google problems....

    Hello, From what I see the problem is not fixed. Right now there are more answers in my google spreadsheet, but not all of them. About 30% is still missing... I've tested two forms twice and the result is the same

    Hi, thanks for letting us know about this, our developers are still working on it, you may try to reintegrate Google Spreadsheet to see if it shows all of them.
