Form Submissions - Can I modify the layout of the PDF version?

Asked by mustluvd0gs on February 09, 2014 at 08:16 PM

    Hello,

I am absolutely loving JotForm thus far.  It has been very easy to use, and to set up the needs that I have.

However, I now have a question.  I see that I am able to click on one of my forms from the My Forms page, click on Submissions and view the PDF version of each form with its respective data that has been submitted.  FANTASTIC!  However, in order to use space wisely on the PDF version of the form, I would like to know if I can modify the layout of the PDF, BUT I want to keep my online version of the form as it currently is.

    Is this possible?

Also, is there any automation available to push the PDF version, once it is available (after the form has been submitted by the user) to a Facebook Fan page or a Facebook group?

    Thank you so much.

    Hello mustluvd0gs,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve it. There is no way currently to be able to change the submission PDF layout. The PDF is actually generated on our server and uses the default layout to display form's submission data for all forms.

Though it is not possible to push the PDF version of submission to facebook page but you can achieve this by creating a report and embedding it in your facebook page. As we cannot answer multiple questions in one thread, we would appreciate if you start a new thread for this question. That would help us to give your proper assistance and at the same time it would help other user with having the same problem.

    Thank you!
