I am building a consent for so aprt from the name and other personal information I need some predefined text as part of the reponse from the user. When I tested sucha form, what I got as a reponse was just the personal information with the signature but I need the complete form, the written text as well which the user reads and provide a consent on. Is there a way to do it?

If you were referring to the e-mail submission result, you will need to modify the Notification E-mail message body and manually add your TEXTS into it. This way the e-mail message will always contain the TEXT that was on the form.
If you are looking for it on the form's Submissions Page , you can view the TEXT and Headers by enabling the option "Show Headers and Texts" option
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

This is really awesome. I was thinking that I would not be able to achieve my task using Jotform but this trick has really made my day.
I will be soon converting my a/c to an Enterprise one as I am elated with the support that I have received here.
