When my clients try to upload any size file, they get this message:
This form has passed it's allocated quota and cannot be used at the moment.
Try contacting the owner of this form.
what is happening ?

Upon testing your form, I am unable to riplicate the problem you are having. I sent you few test submission successfully and I was able to upload files without any issue. Please check the screenshot below:
I did check your account and found it to be well within the allowed submission limits. You should not have any problem.
I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists. Please share a screenshot of your form when you see the error. The following guide should help you upload image in your form post: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
