I have 4 forms iframed in Jive documents on our extranet site. Some users are reporting that they cannot view the forms in different web browsers. How do we get around this issue? I can view it in Safari and have heard it is viewable in IE. For example, I did not see the form in Chrome until I told the browser to load unsafe code/content. I do not think this is a good workaround...our users will not feel good about the safety of that. Any suggestions?

Since you are using secure Jive URL, the content of the page should also be using a secure URL, specially for external links so therefore, I would suggest re-embedding your form using our Secure URL feature: Setting Up a Secure or SSL Form so to fix it. You are on the Premium plan so limit shouldn't be an issue. You have 1000 submissions per month.
